Blog of the Week - November 19, 2006

This is short and sweet.

The 60th Blog of the Week is Samerwriter. Samerwriter is a blogger and frequent commenter on AFM. I like his style and he covers a lot of interesting topics. It’s a blog worth checking out.

Blog of the Week - November 12, 2006

Sorry for the late update. I had a lot going on this morning. Anyway, this week’s Blog of the Week is Dumb Little Man. Don’t let the name fool you - there’s nothing dumb about this blog. Although Dumb Little Man isn’t exactly a personal finance blog, they do offer up lots of financial tips along with tips for life (as their subtitle suggests). For example, the lead story on their blog today is Top Ten Fitness Lies and Myths. I enjoy reading Dumb Little Man and I’m sure you will too.

Blog of the Week - November 5, 2006

This week’s Blog of the Week is Generation X Finance, a blog whose purpose is to discuss the financial issues that Generation X faces. Who is Generation X? Well, it is hard to pin down, but from what I can tell it is those who were born between 1965 and 1980. This would make the oldest GenXer about 41 years old and the youngest about 26 years old. I’m a member of Generation X (most personal finance bloggers are not because they are too young!).

What kind of personal finance issues does Generation X face? The same as everyone else:

You name it and Generation X is probably facing it.

There’s not a lot of material on Generation X Finance yet, which is probably due to the fact that it has only been around since October. However, I expect this blog to be a hit as long as the blog’s author stays true to his message and posts good content.
