This week’s Blog of the Week is FrugalUpstate, written by Jenn. I like frugal blogs because I am not the most frugal person in the world and I can always use tips to help make my dollar go further. Jenn, who has only been blogging since January, has built up a nice blog with tips on gardening, eating out, eating in, or simply cleaning up. Her blog covers all the frugal bases.
